Our Covid-19 Policies and Procedures

Our COVID-19 questions on our Health Intake form and for Pre-screening calls :

o Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above? (If Yes, we will need to reschedule)

o Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath? (Symptoms that require an i​mmediate reschedule 2 weeks out from symptoms are: fever, chills, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath)

o Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms? (Contact is described as being within 6ft for a period of 15 minutes or more up to two days before symptoms appear)


*** When you come in for your appointment, you will also be asked to sign a consent for treatment form and liability waiver.

 

Revised Cancellation Policy - *New Cancellation Policy: "Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all of our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations."


Masks: We require them in the studio and during the appointments. If you need a breathing break, our therapists can step out of the room and if you feel too restricted when lying face down, we can use a covering over the face rest to help provide more breathing room. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one. If you have a medical condition that inhibits you from wearing a mask, please inform our studio and provide proper supporting paperwork for our records.


Our health and safety procedures in-studio: We have a new sanitation/temp check-in station, a front desk barrier, online pay options, masks are required for clients and therapists unless medically unable, socially distanced seating and standing guidelines, constant sanitation of our entire studio, we are sanitizing with hospital grade sanitizer & UVC light sanitation, temporarily limiting our skincare program services, calling clients to pre-screen them, practicing thorough hygiene and sanitation routines just as we always have to ensure a safe environment, and monitoring our licensing state board recommendations, CDC recommendations and news.
