Our Covid-19 Policies and Procedures

Our COVID-19 questions on our Health Intake form and for Pre-screening calls :

o Have you experienced any flu like or covid-19 symptoms in the last 24 hours? (If Yes, we will need to reschedule)

o Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 5 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms? (Contact is described as being within 6ft for a period of 15 minutes or more up to two days before symptoms appear) 

*If you have been in contact and are not vaccinated, we will need to reschedule your appointment for 5 days from contact and you must be asymptomatic. If you have been in contact, are asymptomatic and vaccinated, you can come in for your appointment.

*** When you come in for your appointment, you will be asked to sign a covid consent for treatment form and liability waiver.

Masks: We require them in the studio and during the appointments. If you need a breathing break, our therapists can step out of the room and if you feel too restricted when lying face down, we can use a covering over the face rest to help provide more breathing room. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one. If you have a medical condition that inhibits you from wearing a mask, please inform our studio and provide proper supporting paperwork for our records.

Our health and safety procedures in-studio: We have a sanitation station, a front desk barrier, masks are required for clients and therapists unless medically unable, socially distanced seating and standing guidelines, constant sanitation of our entire studio, we are sanitizing with hospital grade sanitizer & UVC light sanitation, practicing thorough hygiene and sanitation routines just as we always have to ensure a safe environment, and monitoring our licensing state board recommendations, CDC recommendations and news.
